Teresa Caro Life & Business Insights

About Liminist

Hi there! I’m excited to share that I had the privilege of being interviewed by VoyageATL, and I’d love to give you a sneak peek into the highlights of the article.

My Journey So Far

I’ve had an incredible journey, one that has taken me from navigating Japan solo in the ’90s to leading million-dollar global strategy initiatives. Over the years, I’ve developed a deep passion for helping individuals and companies get “unstuck” when they find themselves at the threshold of something new. That’s where Liminist, my brainchild, comes in. As a strategic advisor and executive coach, my goal is to guide you through the process and help you achieve remarkable success.

The Power of Transformation

Throughout my career, I’ve witnessed and predicted numerous transformations in the digital landscape, from the rise of organic to paid social media to the evolution of customer engagement. My experiences as a CMO and digital leader have taught me valuable lessons in navigating these changes.

In 2022, I faced my own “liminal state,” deciding between various career paths. Ultimately, I realized that my expertise could be most effectively shared as an external coach, empowering others to reach their full potential and create sustainable success.

What Sets Liminist Apart

Liminist specializes in working with leaders and companies that possess a transformative mindset. We excel in guiding teams through periods of transition and transformation, no matter if it’s a B2C or B2B business. What truly sets us apart is our results-driven approach, focusing on clear objectives, and aligning people with their strengths to unlock an organization’s true potential.

Our marketing agency has worked with Teresa over the past several months to strengthen our organizational structure, and the experience has been incredibly valuable. Through that process, I’ve found her to be both insightful and intuitive—she has a unique ability to see what’s really going on beneath the surface and guide you forward with clarity. I was especially grateful to participate in her Living a Prioritized Life workshop. I’ve long struggled to understand how shifts in my responsibilities should translate into how I actually function in my role. Teresa helped me connect those dots in a meaningful way. The statement of purpose we developed during the workshop is something I truly love. It clearly defines my role as Vision Director and gives me a true north star to guide my decisions and actions. Teresa ensures every participant leaves with clear goals and actionable next steps, not just inspiration. Thank you, Teresa, for being a gentle—but persistent—shepherd through meaningful change.

Teresa, your guidance truly changed the trajectory of my career. You didn’t just teach strategy — you modeled what it means to lead with clarity, intention, and purpose. Grateful for your mentorship and the example you continue to set for all of us who’ve had the privilege to learn from you. 🙏👏

Working with Teresa Caro as my executive coach has been transformational. She has helped me build my ideal business with clarity, intention, and confidence, while also guiding me through personal growth as a leader. One of the biggest changes I’ve experienced is in my mental agility. Teresa has an incredible ability to help you recognize limiting patterns, reframe challenges, and respond with calm, grounded leadership rather than stress or reactivity. This has changed how I show up in my business, in decision-making, and in life. Teresa is thoughtful, deeply insightful, and exceptionally skilled at meeting you where you are while still stretching you toward what’s possible. She creates a space that is both supportive and challenging, which is exactly what meaningful growth requires. I value her coaching, and I am grateful for the clarity, resilience, and alignment I’ve gained through our work together. I would highly recommend Teresa to any leader who wants to build a business and life that truly reflects who they are.

The Liminist runs a great program to help high performers, leaders and professionals get "unstuck" and learn a powerful new way to energize our minds for powerful impact personally and professionally.

Working with Teresa Caro has been nothing short of transformational. As my executive coach and PQ mentor, she has opened up an entirely new world of possibility—one where peace and harmony are not just goals, but sustainable ways of operating in both work and life. Through her guidance, I’ve learned to tap into my sage powers and to quiet the inner saboteurs that once dictated far too much of my mindset. Her approach is equal parts compassionate and catalytic—she doesn’t just coach, she awakens. If you’re ready to reinvent how you think about what’s possible for you as a leader, a partner, a parent, or simply as a human navigating complexity, I can’t recommend Teresa highly enough. She’s the real deal—and working with her may be the most important investment you make in yourself.

I recently completed a 6-week Positive Intelligence program with Liminist and found it highly valuable. The program's emphasis on daily application was particularly impactful. While it is easy to understand the importance of mindfulness, consistently integrating it into daily life can be challenging. The brief, 2-minute daily prompts and challenges made it possible to incorporate the program's teachings into my busy schedule. As a result, I have experienced noticeable improvements in my relationships with family, my ability to manage work-related stress, and my overall sense of well-being and optimism. Teresa is an excellent facilitator, and I highly recommend this course to anyone seeking actionable, meaningful change in their life.

I would highly recommend Liminist to a friend. I enjoyed taking part in the PQ course Teresa provided and had a wonderful, awakening experience. I have taken part in many self development courses but I truly felt this one was the only one with the actual tools. I loved the idea of using PQ reps to super charge through out the day and also the practical strategies to apply in the moment. It was clear post course that integrating it in to the day to day would require prioritization but I loved what I learned from the experience.Teresa did a fantastic job guiding our pod. She was punctual, prepared and inviting. Thank you Teresa!

If you ever have the chance to engage with Liminist, I guarantee that you will walk away with a new perspective and valuable insights. I highly recommend the 7-week Living a Prioritized Life program facilitated by Teresa. I received support, encouragement, and tools to unlock changes in my life and career, as well as the wisdom of a powerful cohort of women leaders. Many thanks, Teresa, for your wisdom and never-ending curiosity. I look forward to our next opportunity to connect!

I feel incredibly fortunate to have participated in the "Living a Prioritized Life" Workshop led by Teresa last week. It was a transformative, enlightening and empowering experience that helped me to discover my personal purpose and create a catalyst for positive change. Teresa created a warm and caring environment, fostering open discussions and authentic connections. The Wheel of Life reflections on key life facets provided a valuable guide for prioritizing what truly matters. What truly set this workshop apart was the amazing group of women who came together to share, learn, grow, and support each other. The authenticity and vulnerability in the room were palpable, creating a sense of camaraderie and community that I hadn't expected. It's incredible how much wisdom and strength can be found when women unite with a common goal. Teresa is an exceptional coach. She is patient, thoughtful and has a special ability to connect on an emotional level. She does not shy away from asking insightful and thought-provoking questions that help you reflect on your situation and identify the steps to move forward that will help make impactful breakthroughs. I highly recommend working with Teresa and participating in this workshop to anyone looking to grow and live a more purposeful life. It's a unique opportunity to connect with inspiring women and unlock your true potential.
